Background
In response to requests from the CAMS user community a program of ‘seminar training days’ have been established to provide a low cost route for CAMS users to keep up to date with CAMS developments, update their user skills and share information with others.
Presented in a theatre style, CAMS consultants will take delegates through the best ways to use CAMS for a range of day to day PROW management tasks. Training notes will be provided and ample time will be scheduled for questions and discussion throughout the day to make the seminar as interactive as possible
The next seminar will be held at the Golden Lion Hotel, High Street, Northallerton on Tuesday 17th June 2008 at 10:30AM. Further seminars will be held later in the year; we will post details here as they are available.
What will it cover?
- Practical tips and approaches to using CAMS for:
- Recording reported problems and managing complainants
- Assigning practical path problems to other staff, other sections, contractors etc
- Monitoring progress in resolving reported problems and progress chasing
- Generating performance statistics on response times, overdue actions etc
What does it cost?
The delegate fee is £50 and this includes lunch (buffet style) and refreshments.
Who is it aimed at?
Existing CAMS users or those with an interest in ensuring that PROW sections are adopting sound business procedures and getting the most out of the CAMS investment. The day would be of interest to those that have not had formal CAMS training, but in no way replaces standard ‘hands on’ training.
