Background
In response to requests from the CAMS user community, a programme of web-based seminars (or "webinars") has been established to provide a low-cost route for CAMS users to keep up-to-date with system developments, update their user-skills and share information with others. These will cover a range of topics and are designed to help users get the most from their CAMS. Each webinar will last around 45 minutes.
How will it work?
If you are signed up to the seminar, you will be given a web address with login credentials and a phone number. Simply go to the website & enter the login credentials and you will be connected to the session, able to see the presenter's screen. Ring the number given and you'll be connected to a conference line where everyone on the seminar will be able to discuss aspects of CAMS.
What will they cover?
Different topics will be covered in different seminars, including:
- New features of the latest CAMS version
- Getting the most from the CAMS legal module
- Using the New My Tasks module
- Using CAMS for managing maintenance work
What does it cost?
Absolutely nothing. All these webinars are free of charge
Who is it aimed at?
Existing CAMS users or those with an interest in ensuring that PROW sections are adopting sound business procedures and getting the most out of the CAMS investment. The seminars would be of interest to those that have not had formal CAMS training, but in no way replaces standard ‘hands on’ training.
