The Broads Authority

This example focuses on the objective statements that the Broads Authority have created. These are a development in the CMS Management Planning Guidance and this case study demonstrates some excellent examples.

Corporate guidelines describing how you should use CMS and how to write plans for your organisation are very important to ensure consistency of approach. Two examples of corporate guidelines are available for download here. Please note however that the CCW example is currently being rewritten and when it is available, it will be posted here.
