Cambridgeshire County Council has relocated much of its archaeological archive to DeepStore in Cheshire. All items in the existing archive were recatalogued and exeGesIS provided a technical solution to capture archive data for inclusion in the county's Historic Environment Record, which is stored and managed in HBSMR.
Bedford Borough Council commissioned the scanning of the paper files contained within their Historic Environment Record (HER), in order to reduce physical storage requirements and make the data available online. exeGesIS contributed towards this project by associating the scanned images with the relevant records in HBSMR.
