Exegesis Spatial Data Management

Exegesis developed an online portal that allowed SFI applicants to request information on the historic and archaeological features on their holding.

We developed an online portal that formed a single point of access to data and associated metadata derived from research carried out between MRE industries and Bangor University.

Exegesis were commissioned in 2019 to build findmystreet.co.uk, a website to display the National Street Gazetteer (NSG).

Exmoor National Park Authority (ENPA) commissioned Exegesis to upgrade their existing HER website to use the current version of HBSMR Web.

We developed a comprehensive online information management system and community hub for staff and volunteers involved in their Saving Scotland’s Red Squirrels – Developing Community Action project.

We were contracted to provide a mobile and web-based system to monitor litter and fly-tipping for organisations in Scotland.

The Greenlane Association (GLASS) commissioned Exegesis in 2017 to rebuild their TrailWise website, a site that maps the byways of England, Scotland and Wales for 4x4 vehicle drivers. 

Exegesis was contracted to redevelop GiGLs online data mapping portal. This involved a radical overhaul of both design and functionality.

The University of Nottingham commissioned Exegesis to build a website where volunteers and specialists can record place-names. These place-names can then be searched and viewed by the public in list-form and on a map. 

The Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales commissioned Exegesis to build an accessible and bilingual website in line with the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2016 which required Ministers to maintain a list of historic place names in Wales.
