A member of the HBSMR team, Emily provides product support and also assists with product testing. Emily also manages a number of projects.
Emily has a PhD in place-names from the University of Wales (Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies) and a BA in English Studies from the University of Nottingham. Emily has also worked as a research assistant for the University of Nottingham and on a number of interdisciplinary freelance projects, looking at the relationship between place-names, archaeology and landscape history.
Emily joined exeGesIS in 2015 as a HBSMR consultant. She has since become a member of the project management team, managing the Church in Wales and Church of England Online Faculty System and Welsh and English place-names systems.
In her spare time Emily can be found on various types of bicycle, hiking, kayaking, river swimming, etc. Usually followed around by a mad spaniel.
