Joe started out working with Microsoft Access and VisualBasic in 1996 and has since moved into development with Classic ASP and then ASP.NET with C#. Joe founded and developed the mojoPortal CMS in 2004 and more recently has launched ‘Cloudscribe’ CMS using ASP.NET Core. In 2016 Joe was recognised as a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional ) – the highest Microsoft award for technology experts that share their expertise with the developer community. The global MVP community is just 4,000. Joe is presently a contracted member of the development team working from the US and from our UK office.
