How to run Mapbasic code whenever a .tab file is opened

Mapbasic code can be run whenever a .tab file is opened by inserting code in the .tab file just after the header.
e.g.
...

!charset WindowsLatin1

Run Application "C:\TestProgram.mbx"

Definition Table

...
