exeGesIS Spatial Data Management is a well-respected environmental, ecological and heritage GIS consultancy. We have developed many of the UK's leading countryside management software applications – systems to facilitate the management of public rights-of-way (PROW), archaeological sites, conservation areas and nature reserves. Our customer-base ranges across the public, private and charitable sectors and includes clients from local government, conservation organisations, regional and national charities and the renewable energy industry etc.

The company also develops bespoke GIS, database and web mapping solutions and our services include data capture (including field survey), data analysis, processing and management, GIS system design consultancy and highly-rated, cost-efficient, ArcGIS and MapInfo training.

We are currently consulting on the new UK BAP habitat Open Mosaic Habitats on Previously Developed Land (OMH) for a Defra funded project. OMH sites are found mainly in urban and formerly industrial brownfield areas and have high biodiversity value. We are also offering free biodiversity surveys of selected OMH sites identified during this project.
