SMR/HER records are being consulted on a regular basis, for example as part of development control or public enquiries. The HBSMR Consultation Module is designed to manage and archive these consultation processes. The record includes details of stages and actions, and cross-references to other HBSMR data. This module is normally used by casework officers.
