LibraryLink Training

LibraryLink training courses can be provided online, on site or at the Exegesis offices in Talgarth in the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The information below is for LibraryLink version 4, which is still fully maintained in 2023. Information about LibraryLink 5 training coming soon!

Our standard one-day course is designed to introduce you to image and document management using LibraryLink, with the following main topics:

  • Overview of image and document management
  • LibraryLink components and integration with your database/GIS application
  • Creating and managing your image and document catalogue in ThumbsPlus
  • Creating and maintaining links with your database/GIS records
  • Extended ThumbsPlus functionality
  • Extended LibraryLink functionality

Though the course is designed for all users, we particularly recommend that LibraryLink "Editor" users attend this course.
