Joe is a Software Developer at Exegesis

Joe studied Mathematics and Statistics at University of Wales Swansea before joining LloydsTSB Insurance. Joe worked at LloydsTSB for over ten years in a variety of roles, including Desktop and Web Application development, Project Management and Testing. During this period LloydsTSB merged with Halifax Bank of Scotland and Joe was heavily involved in the integration of LloydsTSB and HBOS back office systems & customer-facing websites. Joe was also a Lead Developer & Project Co-ordinator during the project to de-merge TSB into a separate bank.

Outside of work, Joe is a member of the Merthyr Tydfil & District Naturalists' Society, where he undertakes sympathetic management on 30+ hectares of ancient woodland (a Site of Special Scientific Interest). Joe is a keen photographer, with an A-level in Fine Art photography. He is also an amateur astronomer, archer & tabletop gamer.
